You are invited to join NOSCA for our fifth anniversary conference. This landmark event celebrates the crucial role school counselors play in college and career readiness and the success of NOSCA’s “Own the Turf” campaign. This campaign has gained prominence across the U.S., with over 6,000 participants signed on, mobilizing this movement and helping all students attain the knowledge and skills needed to be college and career ready after high school.
This is an opportunity to gain a national perspective on the impact school counselors have on equitable college counseling practices and programs that prepare all students to be college and career ready.
This conference will help attendees:
- Advance equitable access and success in preparing students for college and career readiness
- Strengthen leadership and advocacy skills to support an equitable college-going culture
- Acquire hands-on strategies and tools that can be used to transform school counseling practice
- Gain skills in using data to demonstrate accountability
- Learn to lead collaborative community partnerships to promote college and career readiness
- Learn strategies to align school counseling programs to federal and state legislation and local policy and mandates
- Earn continuing education units (CEUs)
