Five Ways Ed Pays hits the road. Building college aspirations throughout the City of Houston.
For most students who go to college, the increase in their lifetime earnings far outweighs the costs of their education. But the real value of a college education, in addition to greater wealth, also consists of more security, better health, closer family and stronger community.
Education Pays 2010: The Benefits of Higher Education for Individuals and Society presents detailed data and research on the private and public benefits of higher education. Building on this, Five Ways Ed Pays sends a compelling message to parents and students — particularly first-generation, minority, and low income students — that college has the potential to transform their lives.
