Educational Opportunity Center

Providing adults with access to higher education

Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) came into existence with the reauthorization of the Higher Education Act of 1972, under a congressional mandate to assert the nation's commitment to providing educational opportunity for all Americans regardless of race, ethnic background, or economic circumstance.
